Pizza Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 3/4 cups prepared marinara sauce
  • 3/4 cup California Black Ripe Olives, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
  • 6 to 8 flour tortillas, (taco sized)
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce, shredded

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large sauté pan over medium high heat.
  2. Add green peppers and ground chicken and cook for 3-5 minutes until lightly browned.
  3. Stir in marinara sauce and California Ripe Olives and heat through.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in cheese.
  5. Scoop approximately 3/4 cups of chicken filling into the center of each tortilla.
  6. Sprinkle with lettuce and roll into a taco shape. Eat immediately.
