Tuna Salad Grown Up


  • 1 (12oz.) can tuna, packed in water
  • 1/3 cup roasted red bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup California Black Ripe Olives, sliced
  • 1 stick celery, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons fresh tarragon, chopped


  1. Using a fork, break up large pieces of tuna in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add peppers, olives and celery and mix well.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
