Tuna Salad Grown Up
Ingredients
- 1 (12oz.) can tuna, packed in water
- 1/3 cup roasted red bell peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup California Black Ripe Olives, sliced
- 1 stick celery, chopped
- 2 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons fresh tarragon, chopped
Directions
- Using a fork, break up large pieces of tuna in a mixing bowl.
- Add peppers, olives and celery and mix well.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
