Toaster Tuna Triangles
4-6 servings
Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) can California Black Ripe Olives
- 1/3 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons tuna
- 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
- 2 tortillas, burrito-sized
Directions
In a small bowl combine tuna, cheese, California Ripe Olives, mayonnaise and mustard. Prepare each tortilla by spreading a thin layer of tuna mixture on one half. Fold remaining uncoated side of tortilla over to create a half moon shape. Repeat with remaining tortilla and tuna. Place each “half moon” on a separate sheet of foil and place (one at a time) into a toaster oven. Broil in the toaster oven for 3-5 minutes, then flip and brown remaining side. Repeat with second tortilla. Cut each tortilla into 4 wedges. Makes 4-6 kids-sized snacks.
