Sundried Tomato and Olive Tapenade

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) can California Black Ripe Olives
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, oil-packed
  • 1 garlic, peeled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups tarragon, chopped

Directions

Combine ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
