Summer Squash Quick Bread

Ingredients

  • Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
    • 1 heaping Tablespoon vital wheat gluten
    • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
    • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    • 1/4 cup dried onions
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup olive oil
    • 1 cup California black ripe olives, chopped

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl, and stir until ingredients are just mixed.
  2. Place in a greased bread pan, and bake at 350° F for 40-50 minutes or until done when checked with a knife.
  3. Let cool, and slice.
