Summer Squash Quick Bread

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 heaping Tablespoon vital wheat gluten
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup dried onions
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 cup California black ripe olives, chopped
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl, and stir until ingredients are just mixed.
- Place in a greased bread pan, and bake at 350° F for 40-50 minutes or until done when checked with a knife.
- Let cool, and slice.
