Singing in the Grain


  • 1 Slice of Sourdough Bread, Toasted
  • 1/4 Avocado, Sliced
  • 1 Slice Orange Bell Pepper
  • 1 Slice Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Large Sugar Snap Pea
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Handful of California Green Ripe Olives, Sliced into Rounds
  • Handful of California Black Ripe Olives, sliced into raindrop shapes


  1. Peel and thinly slice half of an avocado
  2. Arrange sliced avocado onto toasted sourdough, top with salt and pepper to taste
  3. Slice California Green Ripe Olive rounds in half and arrange in a line beneath the toast
  4. Place sliced orange bell pepper below the bread as a handle, and a small piece of orange bell pepper above the bread
  5. Place a straight slice of red bell pepper on the bottom edge of the avocado toast
  6. Arrange California Black Ripe Olive slices and sugar snap peas around toast as raindrops
  7. Enjoy your California Ripe Olive avocado toast!
