One Pan Herb and Honey Pork Chops with Olives

Ingredients

  • 4-5 Pork Chops
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. Ground Sage
  • 1 tbsp. Parsley
  • 2 tsp. Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tbsp. Onion Powder
  • 2 tbsp. Honey
  • 1/2 cup Olives, sliced
  • 2 Lemons, juiced
  • 3 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper as Desired
  • 1 cup Tri-color Peppers, sliced
  • 1 Red Onion, sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
  2. Combine nutmeg, sage, parsley, chili powder, red pepper flakes, and onion powder in a small bowl and mix. Coat pork chops with seasoning and sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired.
  3. Pour olive oil in an oven-safe skillet and warm on medium high heat. Sear pork on both sides (about 3-4 minutes per side). Remove from heat.
  4. Add sliced peppers, onions, and olives to the skillet. Drizzle honey and lemon juice on top. Add to the oven and roast for 20 minutes.
