One Pan Herb and Honey Pork Chops with Olives

Ingredients
- 4-5 Pork Chops
- 1/4 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
- 1 tsp. Ground Sage
- 1 tbsp. Parsley
- 2 tsp. Chili Powder
- 2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tbsp. Onion Powder
- 2 tbsp. Honey
- 1/2 cup Olives, sliced
- 2 Lemons, juiced
- 3 tbsp. Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper as Desired
- 1 cup Tri-color Peppers, sliced
- 1 Red Onion, sliced
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Combine nutmeg, sage, parsley, chili powder, red pepper flakes, and onion powder in a small bowl and mix. Coat pork chops with seasoning and sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired.
- Pour olive oil in an oven-safe skillet and warm on medium high heat. Sear pork on both sides (about 3-4 minutes per side). Remove from heat.
- Add sliced peppers, onions, and olives to the skillet. Drizzle honey and lemon juice on top. Add to the oven and roast for 20 minutes.
