Olive Bruschetta
Ingredients
- 1 sliced baguette
- 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 5 California Black Ripe Olives, sliced
- 5 California Green Ripe Olives, sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- Fine sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Toast the baguette slices in a toaster oven or a broiler until light brown.
In a mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, olives, basil, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to combine. Serve the baguette slices with the bruschetta..
