Noodles with Bacon and Beans


  • 6 ounces bacon, chopped
  • 1 (6 oz.) package Baby spinach
  • 8 ounces fettuccini noodles, cooked
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar butter beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (6 oz.) can California Black Ripe Olives, halved
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper


Cook bacon in a large saucepan over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until crisp. Stir in spinach and cook until just wilted for 2-3 minutes. Toss in fettuccini, butter beans, California Ripe Olives and black pepper and serve hot.
