Mediterranean Turkey Wraps


  • 4 large whole wheat, low-carb tortillas
  • 1/2 cup prepared hummus
  • 3/4 cup California Black Ripe Olives, sliced
  • 1/2 pound roasted turkey, sliced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and sliced into strips


Place tortillas on a clean surface. Spread each with approximately 2 tablespoons of hummus. Sprinkle California Ripe Olives on top of each. Lay 2 ounces of turkey across the center and line with a small handful of roasted pepper strips. Fold edges inward and roll tortilla around filling to enclose.
