Green California Ripe Olive Tapenade


  • 2 cups green California ripe olives
  • 1 tablespoon basil pesto
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Pepper (to taste)


  1. Chop Green California Ripe Olives and capers (alternatively, you can use a food processor).
  2. Blend chopped California green olives, basil pesto, chopped capers, olive oil and pepper.

Serving Suggestion: Serve on rebaked bread and finish with a dash of olive oil.
