Dijon Olive Cole Slaw

    • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
    • 2 tablespoons country Dijon mustard
    • 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
    • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper to taste
    • 1 (10 oz.) package green cabbage, shredded
    • 1 cup carrots, shredded
    • 1 cup California Black Ripe Olives, wedged

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together vinegar, mustard and garlic. Gradually whisk in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Toss cabbage, carrots and California Ripe Olives with dressing until evenly coated and serve cold.
