Dijon Olive Cole Slaw
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons country Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper to taste
- 1 (10 oz.) package green cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1 cup California Black Ripe Olives, wedged
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together vinegar, mustard and garlic. Gradually whisk in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss cabbage, carrots and California Ripe Olives with dressing until evenly coated and serve cold.
