
Scary Mary

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 2 ounces vodka
- 6 ounces carrot juice
- 1 ounce California Black Ripe Olive brine
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco
- 2-3 teaspoons horseradish
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Celery stalks, scallions, radish, lemon wheels, green olive, black olive, cocktail onions, refrigerator pickle rounds, pickled jalapeƱos, fresh mozzarella with black salt, and radish with olive eyeballs (garnish)
Directions
In a shaker, muddle the chives in the vodka until the vodka has a slight green hue. Strain the vodka into a new martini shaker or a measuring pitcher, and add the carrot juice, California Black Ripe Olive brine, Tabasco sauce, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and salt & pepper to taste. Mix well, then pour into a highball filled with ice. Garnish with California black olives and serve.
*For a non-alcoholic version, omit the vodka.
