California Ripe Olives have a unique and enjoyable flavor that is unlike other olives on the market. California Ripe Olives are grown on family farms in the inland valleys of California from San Diego County to north of Sacramento. Our biggest growing regions are Tulare County in the San Joaquin Valley, and Glenn and Tehama Counties in the northern Sacramento Valley.
Because nature plays the most important role, timing can vary. Generally, harvest season begins in September and is completed in November.

Just drain off the juices and they're good to go.
Store them in the refrigerator in their original brine or in a solution of 1 cup of water to 1/2 tsp salt. Top the container loosely with plastic wrap, rather than sealing airtight. We recommend eating the properly stored contents within 10 days.
That's easy. California Ripe Olives may be grown in California, but they're available in supermarkets, club stores, mom and pop shops, and corner grocers all over the country, as well as Canada and Japan.
