Mexican Bean Salad
Serves 6 as a side dish
Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans
- 1 (15.25 oz.) can yellow corn
- 1 (2.25 oz.) can California Black Ripe Olives
- 3/4 cup red onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Combine beans, corn, California Ripe Olives, onions, cilantro and lime juice in large mixing bowl.
- Season to taste with salt and Tabasco sauce.
