Pizza Tacos
Serves 4-6
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 3/4 cups prepared marinara sauce
- 3/4 cup California Black Ripe Olives, sliced
- 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
- 6 to 8 flour tortillas, (taco sized)
- 1 cup Romaine lettuce, shredded
Directions
- Heat oil in a large sauté pan over medium high heat.
- Add green peppers and ground chicken and cook for 3-5 minutes until lightly browned.
- Stir in marinara sauce and California Ripe Olives and heat through.
- Remove from heat and mix in cheese.
- Scoop approximately 3/4 cups of chicken filling into the center of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle with lettuce and roll into a taco shape. Eat immediately.
