Mac ‘N Cheese with Olives and Peas

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked broccoli florets
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup California Black Ripe Olives, sliced
- 8 ounces whole grain pasta, cooked
- 1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
- Heat broccoli, peas, cream and chicken broth to a boil in a medium sized saucepan.
- Turn down to a simmer and add California Ripe Olives.
- Toss in pasta and cook for 3-4 minutes over low heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheese, then season to taste with salt and pepper if necessary.
