Mediterranean Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 (10.5 oz. can) chickpeas, drained
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup olives, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Add all of the ingredients to a medium bowl. Toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
