- Cheese filled tortellini (store bought), cooked until tender, drained
- ½ can California Ripe Olives (green and/or black), drained but keep brine from can
- Small Buffalo mozzarella balls
- Baby spinach
- Proscuitto
- Cherry tomatoes
- Store bought pesto

- Wooden skewers
Directions
- Cook tortellini and set aside. Skewer ingredients randomly to create appetizing patterns and combinations.
- In a small bowl, water down pesto with olive brine to make it easy to drizzle. Use this to finish your skewers before serving and for dipping.
- Best served at room temperature.
