Spin-N-Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup whole plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 4 cups roasted chicken, coarsely chopped
  • 3/4 cup California Black Ripe Olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 (9-10 inch) flour tortillas

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt and hummus.
  2. Add spinach, chicken, California Ripe Olives, red onions and feta cheese and toss until evenly combined.
  3. Place approximately 2 1/4 cups of mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  4. Roll tortillas around filling to enclose. Serve immediately.
