Mexican Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans
  • 1 (15.25 oz.) can yellow corn
  • 1 (2.25 oz.) can California Black Ripe Olives
  • 3/4 cup red onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Tabasco sauce

Directions

  1. Combine beans, corn, California Ripe Olives, onions, cilantro and lime juice in large mixing bowl.
  2. Season to taste with salt and Tabasco sauce.
