Carrots Nest

Ingredients

  • 2 cups carrots, shredded
  • 16 Large California Black Ripe Olives (about one can)

Directions

  1. Place ΒΌ cup shredded carrots into small bowl and gently press 4 whole olives into nest.
  2. Serve as a side dish or snack.
