Citrus Tomato Marinated Olives
| 1 (6 oz.) can | California Ripe Olives, whole, drained |
| 2 -3 Tbsp. | olive oil |
| 1-2 Tbsp. | balsamic vinegar |
| 1 clove | garlic, thinly sliced |
| 1/2 cup | sundried tomatoes packed in oil, drained |
| 1 Tbsp. | chopped fresh rosemary |
| 1 Tbsp. | chopped fresh thyme |
| 1 tsp. | orange zest |
| 1/4 tsp. | red pepper flakes |
In a large bowl, combine California Ripe Olives, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and garlic. Add sundried tomatoes, rosemary, thyme, orange zest and red pepper flakes.
Marinate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serves 4-6.
