Brussel Sprout Bowties

MeasureIngredient
2 Tbsp.unsalted butter
1 lb.brussel sprouts, quartered
2 oz.sliced prosciutto*, coarsely chopped
1 Tbsp.minced garlic
2 tsp.chopped sage
1 cupCalifornia Ripe Olives, halved
1 1/2 Tbsp.lemon juice
1/2 lb.farfalle pasta, cooked
kosher salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat butter in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add brussel sprouts and proscuitto and cook for 4-6 minutes until golden, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Stir in garlic and sage and continue cooking for 1 more minute until browned. Pour in California Ripe Olives and lemon juice and toss with pasta. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serves 4. * substitute ham if desired Serving suggestion: Garnish with parmesan cheese on top. Nutritional Analysis Per Serving: Calories 380, Fat 12g, Cholesterol 25mg, Sodium 650mg, Carbohydrate 55g, Protein 16g, Calories from fat 27%.
